I can recommend the book Simply Spanish Wine which I got from Amazon.I would like to see some wine recommendations from Madrid area which I can buy from say Decantalo or Indies in the U.K.

Hi Paul. Thanks for recommending the book - much appreciated. As for Madrid wines in the UK it looks like Decantalo have few in there: https://www.decantalo.co.uk/en/wine/q/production-area_madrid/country_spain/ - Bernabeleva and Marañones are definitely worth a look, as are Las Moradas, A Pie de Tierra (who mostly make wines in neighbouring Mentrida but they have one (if not two) Vinos de Madrid wines), and Cinco Leguas, which is one of the projects run by Marc Isart mentioned in the article. IMHO you can't go wrong with any of those.
